Library/Media Center

Mrs. Rue
School Librarian / Media Specialist
e: brue@htsdnj.org

Students in Hamilton Township School District come to the library four times a month for 40 minutes, which includes time for them to check out books.

Students in the Greenwood Library are BUSY and the library curriculum supplements and augments the classroom curriculum. Comprehensive library programs are proven to increase student achievement, and the library program strives to be a place of creativity, fun, and exploration. Ask your student what goes on in library class! Libraries are no longer just "book vaults."

The mission of the Greenwood Media Center program is to help children become fluent and avid readers of stories and informational text, to become "media smart" in evaluating sources of information, and to be fluent users of technology to create and find information.
